A man has died after his mobility scooter was in collision with a car outside a York supermarket.
Police investigating the accident are appealing for information and dash-cam footage.
The collision happened at around 10.45am on Wednesday 5 June near the Aldi store on Fulford Road when a Ford Fiesta, which was travelling towards the city centre, was in collision with the scooter.
The rider of the scooter, a man in his 80s from York, was taken to York Hospital where he sadly died from his injuries a week later.
The driver of the Fiesta, a woman in her 80s, was uninjured.

Police are appealing to motorists in the area at the time who may have dash-cam footage of the scooter or Fiesta prior to the collision, or footage of the incident to contact them.
They are also appealing to anyone else who was in the area and saw either vehicle prior to the collision or witnessed the incident, to contact them.
