Police are looking for witnesses to a serious incident in York.
Officers want to hear from anyone who was driving out of York in the area of Wigginton Road or Sutton Road between 11pm on Friday (12 November) and 12.30am on Saturday.
It’s in connection with an incident which led to a 26-year-old man being arrested and charged with kidnap, assault and motoring offences.
He appeared at York Magistrates Court on Monday (15 November).
Anyone who was in that area at around those times is asked to contact North Yorkshire Police – particularly if they have dashcam footage or remember seeing a vehicle parked along the road.
