A man has been charged with gross negligence manslaughter in relation to the death of a seven-month-old boy in York.
The 37-year-old man from Rotherham has been charged over the death of the baby on November 3 2016 at a house on Melrosegate.
He has also been charged with fraud by false representation.
A 30-year-old man from Rotherham has been charged with fraud by false representation.
The two men will appear at York Magistrates Court on January 18.
These charges are in relation to an investigation involving the company known as Playtime Beds Ltd based in Sheffield.
