Police are hunting a man who allegedly brandished a knife at a group of teenagers in a North Yorkshire town.
It happened in Skipton between 5pm and 6pm on Friday 25 February.
The man is said to have pointed his knife at the teenagers on Newmarket Street.
The man is described as
- white
- aged in his 30s
- about 6ft tall
- with an average build.
He was wearing a coat or bodywarmer with a red panel on the front, had a “scruffy” appearance, and he was with two young children.
A North Yorkshire Police spokesperson said: “CCTV footage from the area has been viewed as part of wider enquiries to identify the man. However, the incident has not been captured.”
