Police are appealing for information and witnesses to a violent incident in Selby.
It happened at 1pm on Monday (7 October) on Flaxley Road, and involved two men and three women.
It is believed that the two men were having an altercation near the Co-op on Flaxley Road. One man was arrested in connection with the incident.

A North Yorkshire Police spokesperson said: “We’re particularly appealing for information from anyone who saw this altercation and can provide further details about those involved.”
