Summer may be melting away, but a steady stream of ice bucket challenges around York has make it one to remember.
The city that gave the world Dame Judi Drench knows a thing or two about flash floods. So perhaps it’s no surprise that we took to the challenge like ducks to water.
And of course it was all raising money for good causes, the main one being research into Motor Neurone Disease.
