A main road in York is closed due to a water mains burst.
Fishergate is shut in both directions due to the cascading water.
City of York Council said: “Fishergate is currently closed in both directions between Fishergate Primary School and Blue Bridge Lane due to a burst water main.
“Yorkshire Water are working to resolve the issue as soon as possible.”
Traffic is diverted via Cemetery Road. Drivers are being warned that there will be delays.
This is one of several major water mains bursts that have affected York.
The junction between James Street and Lawrence Street is still closed for pipe repairs.
Temporary traffic lights are on Wigginton Road due to another water repair.
And Walmgate was closed for several days earlier this month due to a similar issue.
