A major route through North Yorkshire has reopened.
The A64 westbound was closed due to overrunning roadworks between A169 (Malton) and B1248 (Musley Bank) this morning (Friday).
It was due to planned resurfacing work overrunning.
The works were due to be removed at 6am. Diversions were in place.
At 6.45am, National Highways said the road had reopened.
