These are some of the items seized by police after a series of drugs raids in York.
Among the haul were weapons including machetes, a flick knife and knuckledusters.
Significant quantities of class A and class B drugs were also seized by officers.
They were recovered during concerted operations to take drugs and dealers off the streets of York over the last six months.
Thirteen people have been arrested following the execution of nine warrants to search properties in the Micklegate and east York area.
One of the warrants in the Tang Hall area was based on information that “particularly harmful drugs” were being dealt from an address, a North Yorkshire Police spokesperson said.
The Neighbourhood Policing Team recovered suspected drugs and a man was arrested.
Immediately after the warrant, officers acted on further intelligence they received about the suspected involvement of another man.
He was also arrested. Following a search of their property, more suspected drugs were located and another man inside was arrested on suspicion of drug supply offences.
‘We won’t tolerate this’
PC Rachel Hughes of the Micklegate and East York Neighbourhood Policing Team said: “In the last six months, nine Misuse of Drugs Act warrants have been gained and executed in the Micklegate and East area of York, leading to the arrest and investigation of 13 individuals on suspicion of drug supply offences and the seizure of suspected illegal drugs.
“This shows we simply will not tolerate this harmful activity in our community.
“We wouldn’t been able to tackle this type of activity without your support. If you have any information about suspected drug dealing in your community, no matter how small, please contact us.”
