Park Road, Norton

A North Yorkshire Fire & Rescue Service spokesperson told YorkMix they were called at 1.17pm to reports of a tractor on fire on Park Road in Norton.
The vehicle owner called in the fire, and had attempted to tackle it himself.
Firefighters told him to stay away from the blaze as they dealt with it.
Flames had spread to a pile of tyres, which accounted for the plume of thick black smoke.
The fire is now out. No one was hurt.
