New pic: Skeldergate in York

YorkMix‘s David Dunning has been out and about in York city centre and took this picture of Skeldergate at 3.15pm.

The water is still rising so it is expected to encroach higher up the road. But as you can see, it is far from the biggest flood of the street we’ve seen in recent years.
