The Thirsk and Sowerby Leisure Centre has opened once again after millions were spent on improvements.
The gym is three times the size of the old one and there are new facilities for exercise classes, cycling and meetings.
Up-to-date Technogym equipment has been installed and from November it will be available 24/7 too.

The pool changing rooms have been given a makeover and LED lighting has been put in to make them more welcoming.
There’s a new roof and all the plant room equipment has been replaced and is more efficient too.
Work on the centre began in February this year.
Alliance Leisure Services Ltd was appointed by Hambleton District Council at the start of the project as the developer for the scheme, with ISG Ltd the main contractor.
