York’s longest running community carol concert is back for its 65th year – with Christmas music and festive fun guaranteed.
Once again taking place at the York Barbican, York’s Annual Community Carol Concert will take place on Sunday 17 December at 2pm.
The show marks the start of the festive season for so many people.
The team are back with a bang (and maybe some snow too) to bring you festive fun and all your favourite Christmas carols and songs.
Go along and join Shepherd Group Youth Band, Badger Hill Primary School Choir, Track 29 Ladies Close Harmony Chorus, York Stage School and Steve Cassidy for a Christmas singalong under the baton of musical director Mike Pratt.
Carol concert favourites Adam Tomlinson and Rev Andrew Foster return to keep you entertained, so be ready for laughs and maybe some festive surprises…

Proceeds from this year’s concert will go to the Lord Mayor and Sheriff of York’s Christmas Cheer Fund and The Snappy Trust.
So as well as being entertained, you are helping to make a difference to the lives of people in our community this Christmas.
Tickets are priced at £8 for adults and £6 for children, with a family ticket costing £25 for two adults and two children. They are available online here.
