Just booked: TV icon Stacey Dooley is coming to York Barbican
TV presenter, documentary maker and author Stacey Dooley is heading back on the road to celebrate the publication of her new book – and she’s coming to York.
Her new book, titled Are You Really OK? Understanding Britain’s Mental Health Emergency, explores the mental health crisis in Britain and its particular impact on young people.
Stacey will visit York Barbican on 16 February 2022, where she will open up the conversation about mental health in young people and shine a light on life on the mental health frontline.
The event will also look back on the stand-out moments of Stacey’s career.
Tickets will go on sale on Friday 24 September at 10am on the York Barbican website.
Alongside her popular BBC investigative series, Stacey Dooley Investigates, Stacey has presented TV shows such as This Is My House, Glow Up, and Stacey Dooley Sleeps Over.
She was also crowned Strictly Come Dancing champion in 2018.
