A house was hit by lightning during storms yesterday (Sunday).
It happened in the village of Holme-on-Spalding-Moor at around 5pm.
The lightning strike set fire to the roof of the house.
All the occupants were out safely. Humberside Fire crews put out the fire.
The strike has caused significant damage to the house.
It followed a yellow weather warning issued by the Met Office for thunderstorms yesterday (Sunday) which covered most of the north of England.
