Fancy having a go at a new craft this spring?
Made in Yorkshire is bringing the Yorkshire Craft Festival back to Parliament Street from Wednesday 17 to Sunday 21 April.
The festival aims to give space to regional designer makers and craft groups and celebrates the varied range of modern and traditional craft skills that Yorkshire has to offer.
The festival is open from 10am – 5pm daily.
There will be a variety of demonstrations and craft workshops throughout the festival – designed to educate, inspire and give opportunity to budding crafters.
Fancy making a metal rose? Throw a pot? Learn how to do stained glass? Or create a beautiful floral spring wreath for your home? Now’s your chance to explore your creativity and have fun at the same time.
Alongside the demonstration pop-up marquees, there will also be a Made in Yorkshire craft show, which will showcase some of the best arts and craft from around the region.
Entrance to the festival is free, and the craft workshops are bookable for a fee.
