YorkMix Radio are helping Yorkshire Air Ambulance celebrate all things hot chocolate in a special fundraising day.
Who doesn’t love a comforting hot chocolate on a cold January day – especially if it’s topped with marshmallows and whipped cream.
To celebrate National Hot Chocolate Day later this month, Yorkshire Air Ambulance are holding their very own Hot Chocolate Day on Friday 28 January 2022 to raise vital funds to keep them flying high.

Victoria Charles from YorkMix Radio will be live from the Hole in Wand at the Coppergate Centre raising money for Yorkshire Air Ambulance.
From 10am to 1pm on Friday 28 January, you will be able to pop in to the Hole in Wand for a free hot chocolate when donating to the charity. It’s a win-win.
And why not celebrate the day in your own way too?
Make a donation while enjoying a quiet moment with your hot chocolate or hold a fundraising event of your own – if you let YorkMix Radio know you could be getting a visit from Breakfast Show presenter Laura Castle!
