Gary Numan and co
Pop legend Gary Numan is one of the stars in a new video made by a York media production agency.
The Creative Condition, based at The Phoenix Centre on Lord Mayor’s Walk, shot two behind the scenes films during the video shoot for Petals, a single by Officers.
Numan collaborated on the song by the band, who hail from York and Leeds, and his distinctive vocals add something special to the track. The material was filmed by The Creative Condition’s directors Jonathan Sillence and Mike Leigh Cooper
All proceeds from the song have been donated to support the charity CALM, the Campaign Against Living Miserably, a charity working to prevent male suicide. The second video is an interview with CALMzine magazine editor, Rachel Clare.
“It was a really awesome experience to work with both Gary and Officers,” said Creative Condition artistic director Jonathan Sillence.
“It was a long shoot, but an exciting one. I had the chance to develop my own skills and working on anything with Mike Leigh Cooper is always fun too.”
