Fireworks were set off next to a York petrol station, in what police are describing as a ‘dangerous incident’.
Police are appealing for witnesses to the incident in Nether Poppleton.
It happened at the Co-Op service station, Great North Way, between 8.45pm and 9.15pm on Tuesday (12 November). Fireworks were released at the side of the road close to the petrol station.
