Unleash your dark side this weekend with York’s newest addition – where do-gooders aren’t welcome…
Villains Rum, on Little Stonegate, is a unique rum shop that pays tribute to the city’s most notorious characters.
As well as their ‘wickedly delicious’ rums and fairytale gins, the shop will be offering rum tours for villain visitors.
The brand has teamed up with Deathly Dark Tours of York for an immersive spooky experience, which includes learning about the villains and tasting their paired rums.
The Villains Rum tributes include Guy Fawkes, Dick Turpin, and Erik Bloodaxe.
Just in time for Halloween, the shop will officially open this Sunday (27 October), from 11.30am to 5.30pm.
Tours will begin on 2 November, and take place on Saturday and Sunday afternoons. More times may be added at a later date too.
