Firefighters were called to an incident in Acomb last night (Monday).
It happened at 9.19pm.
A North Yorkshire Fire & Rescue Service spokesperson said: “Crews from Acomb and York attended a fire which had spread from a fire pit to a shed. Crews used a hose reel jet to extinguish the fire.”
