The annual Festival of Angels returned to the Quarter (Swinegate, Back Swinegate, Grape Lane) this weekend. Starting this morning and running until Sunday evening, bars and businesses in these streets are all delivering a colourful variety of warming winter fodder, along with family entertainment.
