Faulty chip causes problems finding this dog’s family in York

This little fella was found in York city centre all alone.

PCSO Aspinall of North Yorkshire Police has given him a ride to Minster Vets who are trying to contact an owner.

But there is a problem. They are struggling to trace them as the chip might be faulty.
