At the forefront of the new approach to healthy cooking and eating, all of their recipes are free from gluten, grains and refined sugar.
They cook and consult for celebrities and cater for high-profile brands such as Louis Vuitton, Chanel and Vivienne Westwood.
The pair published their first book, The Art of Eating Well, in 2014.
It became a bestseller, and now their follow up Good + Simple is published on Thursday (February 25).
At the York event, they will talk about their recipes and give advice on ways we can all live healthier and happier lifestyles.
Later they will answer audience questions and sign copies of their books.
Jasmine and Melissa said:
In this book, we share those well-loved staple recipes that we return to time and again, from our old faithful standbys – soups and stews – to quick ten-minute suppers, as well as the easiest snacks for food on the go.
