Emergency services were called to a car crash early this morning (Thursday).
It happened in Coxwold, between Easingwold and Thirsk, at 3.36am.
A North Yorkshire Fire & Rescue Service spokesperson said: “A crew was mobilised to a report of a vehicle having left the road and collided with a tree.

“Crew used a reciprocating saw to gain access to the vehicle and free the driver into the care of paramedics.”
