The ‘green heart of York’ St Nicks Environment Centre is finally reopening its garden to visitors after months of being closed due to the pandemic.
Visitors to the garden will be able to find out what St Nicks have been up to during the pandemic – with tea and cake too!
The garden will be open on Saturday 14 August from 1-5pm.
St Nicks is a 24-acre green ‘haven’, just one mile from the city centre and has recorded over 1,000 wildlife species so far.
Though the centre has been closed to the public, there’s been lots of activity happening behind closed doors.
