Police are appealing for witnesses to come forward after a cyclist was hit by a car at a busy York junction.
It happened at around 7.35am on Monday (27 January) on Danebury Drive.
A North Yorkshire Police spokesperson said: “A member of the public was riding his cycle along Danebury Drive, York.

“Whilst at the crossroads across from the Acomb hand car wash, a grey motor vehicle has hit the cyclist’s rear wheel causing damage.
“The vehicle left the scene the incident.”
Police are asking anyone who saw what happened, or who has CCTV or dashcam footage, to get in touch.
