A gang of cyclists attacked a man, pushing him to the ground and kicking him.
It happened on Bawtry Road bridge, Selby, at about 9.20pm on Saturday (30 October).
A North Yorkshire Police spokesperson said: “A group of three or four men on bicycles assaulted another man, pushing him to the floor and kicking him a number of times causing pain and swelling.

“We are requesting the public’s assistance to help establish the full circumstances surrounding the incident.
“In particular, we are appealing for information about the group of men involved.”
