Firefighters were called to another fire in a play park last night.
A crew from York were called to the incident near Alcuin Avenue at 8.52pm.
They “used a hose reel to extinguish a fire started by children,” said a North Yorkshire Fire & Rescue Service spokesperson.

It is the latest in a series of similar incidents.
Last Tuesday (12 March), rubbish was set on fire near the St Nicholas Nature Reserve.
And on Saturday (16 March), youths were blamed for a fire in a park in York.
