A crash is causing problems on the A1M in North Yorkshire this morning (Thursday).
One lane is closed on the northbound carriageway between junction 50 A61 (Ripon) to junction 51 A684 (Leeming Bar / Bedale).
The incident happened shortly after 5am.

Emergency services are on the scene.
A North Yorkshire Fire & Rescue Service spokesperson said: “Crews from Ripon, Thirsk and Bedale responded to a police report of a car which had left the carriageway.
“On arrival, police were in attendance with no persons trapped. Scene safety actions carried out only.”
According to National Highways, the incident is predicted to be cleared between 9.15am and 9.30am.
