A motorcyclist and van driver were involved in a crash in York.
North Yorkshire Fire & Rescue Service said that they were called out to the two-vehicle road traffic collision in the Haxby area of York, at 4.27 pm today (Thursday).
When crews from Acomb and York responded, the motorcyclist was in the care of ambulance crews.
A North Yorkshire Fire & Rescue Service spokesperson said: “Crews from Acomb and York responded to a report of a 2 vehicle road traffic collision involving a motorcycle and van.
“On arrival of crews the motorcycle rider was in the care of ambulance crews. No fire service action was required.”
