A crash closed part of a main York road this evening (Sunday).
Emergency services went to the incident on Clifton.
A motorcyclist was hurt after a collision with a car and was being attended to by paramedics.

The incident happened close to No 1 York Hotel on Clifton.
A Yorkshire Ambulance Service spokesperson said: “We received an emergency call at 5.45pm on Sunday to report a collision between a car and motorbike on Clifton, York.
“An ambulance and rapid response vehicle were dispatched to the scene and one patient was conveyed to York Hospital.”
It appears that the motorbike was headed in the direction of the city centre when the collision happened.
The road was blocked between Burton Stone Lane and Grosvenor Terrace. Traffic north of the crash was being diverted down Burton Stone Lane.
The scene is now clear and the road has reopened.
