Police are investigating a crash between a motorbike and car at a York junction.
The biker was seriously hurt in the collision between a grey Kia Ceed and black Yamaha motorbike at about 9.30pm last Wednesday (27 September).
It happened on the junction between Strensall Road and Towthorpe Road in Strensall.
Where it happened
The biker suffered serious injuries and was taken to Leeds General Infirmary for treatment. The driver of the Kia is working with police to assist with their enquiries.
The stretch of road was closed for several hours as officers investigated the collision.
Police are appealing for people to get in touch if they saw the collision or the vehicles before the crash.
Officers are also urging anyone that has dashcam footage of the incident to come forward.
