Who would dump rubbish outside a school?
That’s what has happened in York one night this week.
Some time between 8pm on Tuesday (22 June) and 7am on Wednesday bags and boxes of what is thought to be commercial waste was fly-tipped outside Dringhouses Primary School on St Helens Road.
Local councillor Lib Dem Stephen Fenton says this has happened a few times in recent months.
The City of York Council’s neighbourhood enforcement team is aware, but if anyone has any information that might help to catch the culprits he would like to be informed.
