Show your support and celebrate with York Rescue Boat as they commemorate ten years of dedicated service to the community.
The team is holding a special Gala Dinner Dance filled with fine dining, live entertainment, and the spirit of giving.
Promising to be an unforgettable evening, it will take place on Saturday 10 May 2025, 7pm, at The Milner York.
Next year marks 10 years of York Rescue Boat and all the amazing work it has done to keep the public safe along the rivers of York, and beyond.
The Gala Dinner Dance is to celebrate this fantastic achievement, with all proceeds being donated to the ever growing charity.
Guests are encouraged to dress to impress and to accessorise with a touch of blue or orange, as a tribute to the York Rescue Boat colours.
The milestone celebration will feature a welcome drink, a scrumptious three-course meal, live entertainment, dancing, an exciting auction, and more!
Tickets are available to buy here, and they’re priced at £65 per person.
York Rescue Boat is a registered charity dedicated to saving lives, educating and preventing water related incidents in and around York and providing vital safety services to the community.
Over the past ten years, they have trained volunteers and expanded our reach to ensure that help is always available when needed.
A spokesperson for the team said: “Come celebrate with us as we reflect on our journey over the past decade and look forward to continuing our mission of saving lives in York.”
The event is the perfect excuse to dress up and have fun, all whilst fundraising to ensure that YRB can keep their vital services running for years to come.
