More details were revealed about the death of a man at a York flat this afternoon (Monday).
Francis David McNally died of head and neck injuries, provisional results show.
Mr McNally, 35, lived on Morritt Close in Huntington, York.
He died at Flat 1, 29 Markham Crescent, on 27 October.

An inquest into his death was opened at The Old Courtroom, Northallerton, this afternoon (Monday).
The North Yorkshire coroner John Broadbridge said Mr McNally was found at the property with “suspicious injuries”.
“The provisional cause of death is head and neck injuries,” he said.
He adjourned the inquest to allow the full police investigation to be completed.
Two men have been charged with Mr McNally’s murder.
Curtis Turpin, 34, of Markham Crescent, and Adam Hudson, 39, of Rowntree Avenue, York, have been remanded in custody.
They are due to go on trial at Leeds Crown Court on 26 April, with an interim hearing on 25 February.
