A car left the road and hit a telegraph pole in a Ryedale village last night (Saturday).
The incident happened at Wintringham near Malton at 6.41pm.
A North Yorkshire Fire & Rescue Service spokesperson said: “Crews from Sherburn responded to a single vehicle road traffic collision involving a telegraph pole.

“All occupants were out on arrival of the fire service and in care of paramedics.
“Crews assisted police and Northern Power made the vehicle and the pole safe.”
