Car crashes and overturns on Ryedale road

A car overturned in a crash on a main Ryedale road early this morning (Friday).

Emergency services were called to the A169 at Malton at 1.25am.

A North Yorkshire Fire & Rescue Service spokesperson said: “An appliance from Malton attended a single vehicle RTC where a car had overturned.

“One male driver was out on arrival and crews assisted with making the vehicle and scene safe.

“The incident was then left with North Yorkshire Police.”
