The sounds of Netflix‘s Bridgerton is coming to York – in this special candlelight concert that’s set to be the event of the season.
This unique musical experience is set to light up the The National Centre for Early Music, Walmgate, with thousands of candles transporting guests to the Regency era in England.
Audiences can expect to hear some of the best of Bridgerton bangers – featuring orchestral covers of everything from Billie Eilish’s Bad Guy, thank u, next by Ariana Grande, Give Me Everything by Pitbull, Afrojack, Ne-Yo and Nayer to Cheap Thrills by Sia.
The music will be performed by a local string quartet, and promises to be an unforgettable evening for any Bridgerton fan.
The date and time for the concert is yet to be announced, but the waiting list for the presale is now available.
Those on the waitlist will be able to gain exclusive access to tickets up to 24 hours before the general sale on Thursday 14 November at 11am.
The event is organised by Candlelight Concerts, which is a series of original music concerts created by live entertainment company Fever. The aim of these concerts is to make classical music accessible to anybody and everybody.
While there’s no dress code for this royally special evening, guests are encouraged to dress in their finest Bridgerton-inspired style!
