A woman has been injured after being hit by a public service bus that failed to stop in York city centre.
The incident occurred on Clifford Street, near to Prezzo restaurant, between 2.15pm and 2.23pm on Monday 12 May.
North Yorkshire Police are appealing for witnesses and information following the collusion. The pedestrian sustained minor injuries.
Location
The type of bus and the bus operating company is so far unknown.
A North Yorkshire Police spokesperson said:
“We’re appealing for any witnesses to the collision, anyone who may have seen the vehicle prior to the collision, or anyone with relevant dashcam footage, to contact us.
“We would particularly like to hear from two people who may have helped the casualty at the scene.”
