A 13-year-old boy was attacked by a gang of youths and had his T-shirt ripped in York.
Police are appealing for witnesses to the assault which took place on Garnet Terrace.
The incident happened at about 4.30pm on Monday (31 May). The boy was assaulted by a large group of youths.
He suffered a ripped T-shirt and red markings to his body during the incident.
A North Yorkshire Police spokesperson said: “We are requesting the public’s assistance to help establish the full circumstances surrounding the incident.
“In particular, we are appealing for any witnesses or anyone with CCTV in the area.”
