Police are investigating after a ten-year-old boy was assaulted on a street in York.
It happened on Almond Grove, New Earswick at 4.15pm on Friday (19 January).
The victim was assaulted by a boy of a similar age.

A North Yorkshire Police spokesperson said: “Officers are requesting the public’s assistance to help establish the full circumstances surrounding the incident.
“In particular, we are appealing for information about the identity of the offender, and any CCTV of the incident.”
