A man’s body has been found in a garden in York.
A member of the public discovered the body at about 7am on Monday (July 18).
It was found in Invicta Court near Bellhouse Way and Foxwood Lane to the west of the city. Officers were called in and investigated, but a force spokesman said this evening that the death was not being treated as suspicious.
From their investigations it appears that the man had died sometime overnight between Sunday and Monday.
