A body has been found today (16 June) in the search for a missing North Yorkshire man.
Police said it is believed to be Luke Earnshaw, the missing 31 year-old man from Minskip near Harrogate.
A North Yorkshire Police spokesperson said: “Thank you to everyone who shared the appeal to find him.
“We would ask that you please respect the privacy of his family at this difficult time.”
They also asked anyone who had shared the appeal to take it down from their channels.
He has not yet been formally identified but Mr Earnshaw’s family have been informed.
Mr Earnshaw had not been seen since he left his home on Prospect Terrace in Minskip shortly before 2.30pm on Saturday (11 June 2022).
Luke walked down Thorndikes Lane towards Staveley, and was captured by a doorbell camera.
Police said they were extremely concerned for his welfare.
