The manhunt launched by detectives investigating an attempted murder near York has been called off.
North Yorkshire Police revealed today (Sunday) that the wanted man, 19-year-old Jack Crawley, has been found.
They have not said whether he has been arrested, or the circumstances in which he was found.
Police launched their appeal to find him following an incident which took place around 8pm on the evening of Friday, 5 January.
A man was attacked and seriously injured in a remote location near the old airfield at Acaster Malbis.

The victim had been hit over the head with an implement during the incident and suffered a suspected fractured eye socket.
Later, the police revealed they were treating it as attempted murder.
After today’s update, police said: “Thank you to everyone who helped with our appeal.”
