York-based solicitors Guest Walker have revealed a new identity as part of their continued growth as specialists in commercial and residential property law.

Based on the Shambles in the centre of York for over 35 years, Guest Walker started out as a general high street practice offering a broad range of services.

The firm has since become increasingly specialised in commercial and residential property law as its reputation developed and the demand for its services increased.

The business now employs a team of specialist and highly experienced solicitors and support staff covering all aspects of business and commercial property law and residential conveyancing.

Acting for a number of high profile and prestigious clients, Guest Walker offer a complete service for small and medium-sized businesses, partnerships and individuals across the UK.

New look

The firm has now unveiled a new identity and a new website which communicates the full range of specialist services on offer.

John Walker, Director, Guest Walker said:

  • We are thrilled to reveal our new identity which cements our position as legal property experts.

Although we occupy a historic location on the Shambles in the centre of York, we handle large high-profile cases across the country and our team are all experts in their field with many having ‘big firm’ experience.

We want to be recognised for providing a high-quality service whilst still keeping the same ethos we have always had of being honest, personal and approachable.

Guest Walker also has a specialist life planning team, meaning clients can receive a holistic service for all their property, business and personal matters.

The team covers all aspects of future care and life planning issues including wills and probate, powers of attorney and intergenerational agreements.
