Police are at the scene of a serious collision near Copmanthorpe, York.
The collision happened at about 2.40pm on Thursday, on the eastbound slip road of the A64 with the A1237.
It involves a car and a cyclist.
The A64 has been closed in both directions to allow the Air Ambulance to attend.
There will be considerable disruption to traffic on the A64 and A1237, and motorists are asked to avoid the area at this time.
