York has never looked more colourful. It feels like the whole city has draped itself in the York Pride rainbow ahead of the parade and celebration on Saturday (June 20).

From shops to schools, from the police to the library, from museums to offices, everyone is heeding this year’s Pride theme: Raise Your Rainbow.

We have even turned our YorkMix logo into a rainbow to show support.
