Get some tasty Japanese street food in York – as new trader Kamakiri Ramen arrives at Spark.
The new unit opened at the foodie hub on Piccadilly on Friday 25 April, and is serving up a variety of traditional Japanese dishes with a modern twist.
Kamakiri Ramen specialises in authentic ramen, of course, along with other delicious dishes like bao buns, gyozas and mochi.

Chef Sean Hyde ‘on a mission to bring the rich flavours of Japan’s culinary culture to the streets of York’, and each dish is prepared fresh to order using high quality ingredients.
The menu features tasty treats like Shoyu and Yuzu Shirodashi ramen (£14), with a choice of Chashu pork, sous vide chicken breast or charred tofu, Japanese fries with wasabi powder (£5), chicken or vegetable gyoza (£7.50), and karaage (fried chicken, £8).

Kamakiri Ramen is open at Unit 4 in Spark from Tuesdays to Sundays, from 12pm.
