A girl was raped by two different men on the same night in York, a court heard.
The victim said she was attacked in separate incidents by Fahim Khan, 18, and 20-year-old Zaid Zahir, a jury at York Crown Court was told.
The two incidents occurred in the early hours of 28 August last year.
The girl claimed she was first raped by Khan by the riverside path between the Coppergate Centre and Castle Car Park after she told him: “I’m too drunk. Would you get off now?”
She alleged she was later raped by Zahir on a riverside walk near North Street Gardens after she told him she was “too drunk” to have sex.
She then “apparently passed out or something” and was walking alone across Ouse Bridge when she came across three young women who saw her crying.
“I went to the police station and explained everything,” she added.
Mr Khan – formerly of Thorpe Lane, Cawood, near Selby, but lately of no fixed address – and Mr Zahir, of Rosebery Street, off Leeman Road, York, were each charged with rape but denied the allegations.
They said they had sex with the girl but claimed it was consensual.
The two men appeared for trial this week.
‘Stop, I don’t want to’

In a recorded police interview played to the jury, the girl said she had been drinking vodka with a friend in York that night when they came across a group of men including Khan and Zahir.
She said she got split up from her friend, who was also drunk, and was left alone with the four men including Khan who “took me to Piccadilly”.
The three other men walked off, leaving her alone with Khan who “took me to a hidden place” down some steps by the river under some trees.
“He was taking his clothes off,” she added.
“I said, ‘Stop, I don’t want to. I’m drunk’.”
She said that Khan then had sex with her against her will. They then walked to Clifford’s Tower, where they met the other men near the car park, then ended up on a bench beside the River Ouse in North Street Gardens.
She said they gave her a beer and she drank the whole bottle, then Zahir asked her to perform a sexual act on him.
“I said ‘No, I don’t want to do anything like that,’” she added.
She said that Zahir then forced her into a sexual act. After the alleged act, “someone called him on his phone”.
“He told me he was 18, nearly 19,” said the girl.
“While he was on the phone, the other three guys appeared.”
Zahir told her he had to go home and walked off, followed by another one of the men.
The girl said she remained on the bench drinking beer with the two other men, one of whom had a bike. The next thing she remembered was waking up “and they had gone”.
“I was crying,” she added.

“I was walking towards town… on that bridge. These three girls stopped and asked if I was alright and rang the police.”
The prosecution showed the jury CCTV footage of the events leading up to the alleged attacks. One clip showed the girl and the rest of the group in King’s Staith just before 2.40am.
Further video footage shows the girl walking across Ouse Bridge with Zahir. The two of them then divert along the riverside walkway near the Panda Mami restaurant at about 3.40am.
At 3.43am, Zahir is seen walking down Wellington Row and past the Esplanade car park. Just after 4am, CCTV captures the girl walking down the riverside path alone towards Ouse Bridge where she is found by the three females.
Prosecuting barrister Felicity Hemlin said that when she was found by the three witnesses, the girl looked “visibly upset and distressed”. The three witnesses remained with the girl until police arrived.
The prosecution alleges that the two men took advantage of a “vulnerable, drunk young girl”. The trial continues.
